When you buy a doll you want to customize yourself , you can choose from 10  head molds . Then Volks let you choose the body as well , a 60 cm Dollfie Dream body , a Dollfie Dream with curves the DD dynamite and you can choose the Mini Dollfie body  , which is 45 cm high and look more of a child body . But don't worry , all those body type use the same size of heads  so you can have fun and switch the bodies as you please .  

If you are not  conformable making your own face-up , there are hundreds of artists out there offering commissions work . You just search online for face-up artists , they usually have a portfolio of their work on other heads so you can choose the style you want .

Then when you have the body with the head completed , you can style your doll with  different wigs and eyes . You need to find clothes for them as well . Volks has the best outfits in my opinion , the quality and details are exceptional . But for the 45 cm doll I go for Azone outfits once in a while , because they have a line  of 50 cm  outfits  that looks good on MDDs .
